  This coffee shop has a great atmosphere. Big comfy couches. The ambience is very chill.
  
  Their brew taste great. Note : I drink mine black with nothing in it. Some great looking coffee shops have the atmosphere with mediocre coffee, not this place.l and I appreciate it that.
  
  Staff-wise, they are friendly. I haven't attended any of their game nights, but they advertised one which I find pretty charming.
  
  I left my water bottle one day and they kept it for me the next time I returned.
  
  They are also children-friendly.

  This place is great! I just started working in the area and come here to get a cup of coffee and ended up trying the spinach turnover toasted up... delicious! I like the ambiance and the service is top notch! At a time where where coffee shops are popping up everywhere I go this place stands out. Will definitely be a regular here. Conveniently located with free parking!

  At first we have given this venue a 3 star review. But after our  communication  and coming here for six months and having the owners leave a condecending reply I guess a revision is in order.
  First the coffee is expensive but about as good as Dunkin or 7/11 sizes are small only regular or large ... And large is 20 Oz's for over $3.00 ... Ice tea is weak and during hot weather 20 Oz's is nothing. No lemons during summer for ice tea?

  I have stopped in a few times and it's a cute coffee spot. The staff are chill and friendly. My boyfriend and I like the bakery selection they have including the vegan banana muffin. It's a cute spot to grab coffee and vibe out.

  Visiting the area and stopped by this Ground Central Coffee 9/15 around 1:50pm for a cold beverage. The interior is very lovely and nicely done and so is the attention to detail. There were two staff working - a female and a tall male. The female(name on receipt Etienne) who processed my payment and order is the reason for the 2-Star rating instead of a 5. Her customer service was unacceptable. She had a somewhat distracted, bothered, disinterested, and distant disposition. When it came time to leave the tip on the screen, the tone of her voice when she verbally directed me to select an option on the screen was tinged with attitude and disrespect. If it weren't for the lovely interior and the pleasant and friendly male staff I'd give this outfit a 1-Star. A smile doesn't cost anything but brings many rewards. Management needs to counsel this employee on the importance of good customer service.
